Each year, the divisions of Senior Home Care deliver care to more than 50,000 seniors with personalized home health care programs created with the individual and their specific needs in mind.

We partner with the patient’s physician, specially-trained nurses and highly-skilled clinicians to treat the total patient, giving them the freedom to live independently as long as possible. This is achieved by offering patients a variety of specialty programs designed with their unique condition in mind. For example, we have Specialty programs that offer treatment for issues surrounding behavioral health, fall prevention, vision, diabetes and cardiac problems.  For instance, a patient with Parkinson’s disease might require help reclaiming their balance, so the patient’s physician might recommend a fall prevention program as part of the recovery. Or a patient recovering from a heart attack might have a specific cardiac program created as part of their treatment.

The Senior Home Care corporate office is located in Clearwater, Florida, with 44 remote offices located throughout Florida and Louisiana. Senior Home Care, Inc. is comprised of three corporate divisions: Senior Home Care in north and central Florida, Med Tech Services in south Florida and Synergy Home Care in Louisiana. Each division delivers the multi-disciplinary care patients require, along with the communication and compassion they have come to expect.
